Financial Planning Administrator/Trainee Paraplanner
Recruit Wealth are representing a highly successful and very well established Financial Planning business in the heart of Birmingham. Our client now seeks to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who wishes to take their next career step to Paraplanner.

The company is a highly modern but deep rooted Midlands based business who are a highly ethical and rewarding employer. They deal with individuals/private clients relating to their pensions, investments affairs whilst working towards ensuring financial security with expert advice and guidance.
This is a hands on Administration role, working alongside experienced team members of Paraplanners and Financial Advisers. Overview of the role is detailed below:
- Preparation of client annual review meetings and compliant ongoing suitability reports
following Adviser review meetings - Preparation of client documentation for switches/withdrawals/top-ups and submission
- Preparation of switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports in compliant fashion for adviser
delivery - Execution of additional business submission with providers
- Manage ongoing client information on back office
- Deal with any ad-hoc client queries
- Liaise with Compliance Department, Accounts and other parts of the business to manage internal requirements of the team e.g) Weekly figures, regulatory data requirements
- Support the day-to-day functions of the office
This role will undoubtedly suit an individual who has Financial Services administration background but looking to take the next step up in their career to become a Paraplanner.
